Angella is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer in Uganda with over 15 years of experience in real estate development and advisory. She previously worked with Knight Frank Uganda, a leading international property firm, and has spent the past 14 years in Uganda contributing across a wide range of real estate, construction, and management roles.

Having successfully led and managed large teams throughout her career, Angella founded Kazi Valuers and Surveyors in 2025 to deliver independent, standards-driven valuation and advisory services to clients in Uganda and the broader regional market.

Bruce is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) with more than 4 years of professional experience in the valuation of commercial, residential, and industrial properties.

With a background spanning both property management and valuation, he has developed strong expertise in delivering accurate market insights and providing well-reasoned, dependable valuation advice.
